It is a Twitter World After All

I was reintroduced to twitter this summer, I had an account since the early days of twitter, but just never got it. Like most didn’t understand it nor see the relevance. This summer it clicked, literally, the overall awesomeness and ability that twitter had to offer.

Twitter is a micro blogging platform in which just 140 characters allows you to reach beyond your immediate circle and keep up to date, informed and connected in real time to the world.

I have learned about world events on twitter faster than reported on Live TV. I have made contacts with people and talked to people I would have never had the opportunity prior. I have talked to famous people from celebrities, to internet guru’s, to CEO’s of major corporations, to just good ol’ down to earth folks.

I have also showed a Client how they could harness the Power of Twitter for their business. In little over 1 month of Twitter, said client has gained a huge Twitter following and has Sold a significant amount of his tangible product online. They have gained repeat customers from just the 140 characters twitter allows.

Twitter also has tons of 3rd party applications that make inter grading  with other internet features a breeze.  I am currently testing out Tweetsuite and you can join me in a test right from this post.  Lets see who it work.  use one of the buttons to Retweet this post.
